I had nice days staying at this brand-new hotel. The location was amazing and the private parking was on site. It was located in a lovely quiet area short walk to hiking through ricefields as well as the bamboo forest and rice terraces.

The secluded mountain location, about 12km outside the town, and the friendly staff made it a great place to stay, with easy access to the valley, hiking.

staff were best, atmosphere was quiet, it had absolutely perfect location close enough to a lovely quiet area close to lots of walks and water falls. i could see mountain from the a double room. the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, i can recommend it to others.

I had the most amazing experience at Lenh's Family House. The location was breathtaking, nestled in a remote area with stunning views. Staying in a traditional village really immersed me in the local culture and traditions. I even made friends with the locals and got to join in on some traditional holidays. The staff, especially May, was exceptional. May was not only a fantastic host but also a great friend, sharing her knowledge of the village and making me feel right at home. The house had a cozy and homely feel, like visiting relatives in the mountains. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want an authentic rural experience. I highly recommend staying at Lenh's Family House.

My partner and I stayed at this unique homestay for 2 nights. The view from the property is absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking experience. The location, around 15k from town, adds to the adventure as the road is currently being upgraded. We rented a motorbike in town for a reasonable price and it was the best decision we made, allowing us to explore the area at our own pace. The hostel provided everything we needed and the meals offered were delicious and affordable. The buffet-style evening meal, with plenty of rice wine, was a highlight of our stay. The Hmong hosts were friendly and made our dining experience even more special. we highly recommend this place for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms at Lenh's Family House are cozy and comfortable, with sound-insulated walls providing a peaceful atmosphere. The free WiFi is a great bonus for staying connected, and the free bottled water is a thoughtful touch. I especially loved the balcony in the triple room, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit chilly for my liking, but others may enjoy it.

The road leading to the hotel was under construction, making it difficult to arrive by motorcycle on rainy days. The remote location may not be suitable unless you have booked tours or have a motorbike for transportation.
